Minutes for meeting 15th January 2004

| Attendance: 2 Sesoc reps, 3 Binfsoc reps, 4 Compsoc reps, CSERevue rep and Cybersoc rep
Compsoc office
- Compsoc Office and sharing resources: all clubs welcome to use room for storage, publicity etc.
- Everyone with access will be on keylist and are responsible for looking after room when using it, example keeping it clean.
Combined Events
- Murder@ CSE new ideas: have teams, bonus points for killing execs of the clubs.
- BBQ week 1 wed/thurs - Sarah to check availability with Security.
- Volunteers for CSE tours in O'week, Binfsoc has own tours with extra chem etc builings.
Combined Mailing List
- All the club execs and othe reps that are interested. Will help communication between clubs, and organising events together. Dave to set up list. |
