Lucy apologised Documentation * Dave has setup a wiki for the documentation * Start documentation, see previous minutes 2nd September for responsibilities O'Week * Flyers: activities wk0/wk1, volunteers list, Elections * Tours - Sara (to organise) * Murder@CSE - Matt (Tech/running) & Eva (Photos) * T-shirt selling * Breif talk as part of HOS talk * email volunteer list in February Week 1 * Lab 0 - Dave (to organise) Elections * Advertise week 0/1/2 * AGM week 2 * Voting week 3 * New exec/inductions week 4 * Appoint returning officer in February, decide voting system * Check out vote.unsw.edu.au Compsoc in general * stronger links/sharing resources with other CSE clubs * also with outside entities * meet with other CSE clubs
